We want you to love your Ro&Zo pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to download and print your prepaid return shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the nearest designated collection point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
